Shelby

Shelby graduated from Purdue University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science and a concentration in Animal Agribusiness. She also received an Associates of Science certification from Black Hawk East in 2017. Since joining the team in November 2021, Shelby has used her agriculture background to research market trends in Northeast Indiana and analyze the effects the trends have on values. She works mostly on agricultural properties ranging from recreational land to large CAFOs.  Shelby obtained her Appraisal Trainee License in March 2023 and is actively pursuing her Certified General Appraiser License.  

Outside of work Shelby enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter while working on their family farm.
