We provide appraisal review services for all types of residential appraisals. Our lead reviewer is an SRA designated appraiser who has also obtained the AI-RRS designation (Residential Review Specialist) with the Appraisal Institute. He has over 25 years of experience in the valuation and review of residential reports. Narrative Commercial Reports

At Good Valuation, we have two MAI designated appraisers that have obtained the AI-GRS (General Review Specialist) designation, signifying they have the experience and the knowledge to properly conduct reviews on all types of commercial properties. Being a full service commercial appraisal firm, we have built one of the regions most comprehensive databases allowing us to evaluate nearly every property type and confirm the analyses conducted. John has over 15 years of experience in conducting appraisal reviews throughout the entire state of Indiana.

Review Reports

It does not happen a lot, but sometimes a review report will need to be looked at. Reviewers can sometimes make mistakes and their work must be reviewed. We are able to conduct reviews to determine if the review conducted on an appraisal was properly conducted.

Appraisal Guidelines

Good Valuation partners with several clients to not just conduct appraisal reviews, but also to evaluate the guidelines utilized in the selection of the appraisal panel as well as the specific requirements issued to the panel.
