Melissa Smith
Melissa specializes in market research in northeast Indiana. She collects and organizes real estate data and enjoys connecting the dots in the appraisal process. She is focused on assisting the designated appraisers with conducting research on complex assignments, including hotels, apartments, gas stations, and retail centers. She acquired her Appraisal Trainee License in August 2022.
Melissa likes to spend her weekends with her husband and three children exploring new places, gardening, and swimming in their pond with their two dogs.
